Wanger Long Term Opportunity Strategy
The Wanger Long Term Opportunity Strategy seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in companies within the small and microcap spaces. We seek to capture the benefits of private equity style investing with the enhanced liquidity found through investments in registered securities. We invest in firms in which solid management teams create value and capture market share with unique, innovative and competitive products positioned to benefit from significant domestic and international trends. The portfolio is relatively concentrated with approximately 30 securities and employs an investment strategy designed around detailed fundamental investment research and stock selection.

Wanger Income and Growth Strategy
The Wanger Income and Growth Strategy seeks to generate current return in excess of high quality bonds by investing in yield-oriented securities with the potential for growth of income and capital appreciation. We select investments from a universe of yield-producing securities, which include publicly traded MLPs, REITs, preferred stocks, closed-end funds, and convertibles. The Strategy is designed to protect against capital erosion from inflation by investing in securities with income streams implicitly or explicitly tied to the rate of price growth. These securities tend to have varied correlations with the market as a whole and have historically provided investors with increased diversification.

Wanger OmniWealth Alternative Fixed Income Access Strategy
The Wanger OmniWealth Alternative Fixed Income Access Strategy was established to give access to income generating investments with less correlation to the risks of inflation and interest rate hikes. The strategy seeks to generate a total return of at least 6% annually without extending duration risk; decrease correlation to interest rates; reduce overall volatility; and enable quarterly liquidity. The strategy was designed for investors demanding high levels of investment income who are being forced to take on exceptional duration risk in return for minimal yield. It incorporates absolute return strategies, direct investment strategies, and alternative bond strategies and is managed for total return, liquidity, and correlation to interest rates.
